Your Iceland Photos P 22

This shot was taken during our family tour to Iceland. This waterfall is called Seljalandsfoss. During this trip we used a motor home, so we camped about 500 meters from the beautiful waterfall. I took this image during sunset before our dinner at 10 p.m.

The Hallgrímskirkja is one of the most prominent structures in this gorgeous little city. This church offers visitors the opportunity to get to the top for a bird's-eye view of downtown Reykjavík. If you can manage the strong winds that blow up there while holding a camera, and if the weather's not too bad, you'll end up having experienced something special!Photo: Cabin and mountains in Iceland.

This was taken on the second night of a four-night stay on top of this glacial pass in southern Iceland. I picked the spot late in the afternoon and camped out waiting for the night to fall and hoping for some showing of the northern lights. It turned out to be one of the most memorable evenings of my life; the display was incrediblePhoto: Arnavatn Lake and crater in Iceland.

This image was taken during my recent trip to Iceland. Driving around Iceland, you're always about to arrive at a new, amazing, and unexpected landscape. On this occasion, coming back from Geysir, we found these friendly horses just next to the road. Icelandic horses always enjoy the visits of strangers and make for really good models for pictures., ,,,,,
