For a change you don't see any walls here. You are at "a platform on clouds" - Yuntai in Ju Yong Guan, one of the principal gates or openings in the ancient defence line
The wall comes right down to the river and crosses it. Thankfully the fierce hordes from the north are never good fighters on water. They live and die on horsebacks.
